Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled reservation time. Failure to arrive within 30 minutes of your reservation will result in a $15 late fee. Reservations with no show or no contact within the first hour will be automatically canceled. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
