Our refund policy is designed to be fair and hassle-free.
Service Eligibility for Refunds
The following rules apply to our refund policy:
1. Deposits: All booking deposits are final and non-refundable.
2. Cancellation: Cancellations made 24/48 hours in advance are subjected to a full refund. All same day cancellation are subjected to a cancellation fee of $35 unless agreed upon in writing.
2. Rescheduling Fee: most cancellations are subjected to a rescheduling fee of $25 depending on the circumstances.

Product Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:
1. You must request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
3. You must provide photo of products for evaluation.
3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the product is defective or was sent in error.

2. Partial Refund: If you've used or partially used the product, we may offer a partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
How to Request a Refund

2. Provide your order number, reason for refund, and any supporting documentation (e.g., photos of damaged products).
3. Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
Refund Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.
Changes to Policy
We reserve the right to modify or update our refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately and apply to all purchases made after the date of change.
